◆ Examples of the Attacks and Symptoms
We have already confirmed more than 1900 Targeted Individuals in Japan, with our NPO organization alone. (There are few other Targeted Individuals Victims Group in Japan.)
Electronic Harassment and Targeted Individuals has been reported not only in Japan, but also in many countries such as US and Europe.
The situation of the Attacks and Symptoms of Targeted Individuals vary in many ways, but we will list some of the remarkable ones.
In fact, the amount of the Attacks and Symptoms varies by each Targeted Individuals.
◆ Organized Stalking / Gang Stalking
It is called the Organized Stalking / Gang Stalking.
(in Japan it is called “Shudan Stalker” / “Iyagarase Hanzai”).
It’s stalking methods differs from the more common stalking concerning “Sex”.
It is a "Everyday Stalking" of a group of third party.
One or more perps in the third party group interchanges and conduct relentless and heinous harassment and stalking.
Because it is difficult to prove that the perps are conspiring, we can not deal with the current "Stalker Regulation Law" in Japan, which only deals with the stalking related to "Sexual relationship".
In the early stages, "Odd Coincidences" and "Troubles" starts to happen in everyday life of a Targeted Individuals.
From some period, Harassments and Attacks start to concentrate all at once. There may be cases involving obvious criminal acts such as house invasions.
A third party, who has nothing to do with it has a "Guerrilla-like Character" that can not be distinguished from others, such as being harassed in a shrewd manner.
At the same time, the "Harassments and Attacks" are not explicit, but implicit and dusky"
Some sense of "group mind" is recognized in the behavior of the perpetrators.
Because of their "Ritual Elements", they also have a "Cult-like Personality".
Because of the fact that the distinctions between the Perpetrators and the General People are difficult to distinguish, when harassment and Stalking starts, it will cause the Targeted individuals some sense of "Paranoia" effects, that all of the surrounding people seem
suspicious.
For this reason, caution is necessary because there is a conventional means of finding that one Targeted individuals has a mental problem (Usually, they will be diagnosed as "Delusional Schizophrenia") or the paranoia of the Targeted Individuals.
Also, if the Targeted Individuals have a job, Harassments will also enforce to try to lose their jobs.

However, there are many cases that the Targeted Individuals does not realize, which also means that "the purpose of the Crime/Harassment can not be explained". Regardless of the surrounding circumstances,some Targeted Individuals start to hear Voices in their mind, which is known as the "V2K" (Voice of God / Voice to Skull), from a certain time.
There are many reports that hearing "V2K" is irrelevant to the mental state of the Targeted Individuals at all and in most cases,and it continues for many years. "V2K" can be heard from the surroundings or it can be heard directly inside their heads.
V2K victims also hear words and facts that they do not even know.
◆ Hearing Odd Sounds / S2K (Sounds to Skull)
Targeted Individuals often start to hear “Odd Sounds” from the directions of neighboring houses and others. Which can lead to trouble with the neighbors.

◆ In 1997, the US president Bill Clinton has issued an administrative order to strictly regulate the confidentiality of non consensual human experiments.
◆ In France, "French National Bioethics Committee" announced that it will seriously consider and investigate this problem.
◆ In 2001, House of Representatives of the Russian passed a bill that considers "microwave", "ultrasound", "Extra low frequency(ELF)" , "light" as equivalent to weapons, which President Putin has signed.
