This organization was founded in 1998 and is engaged in activities to save victims of criminal　acts such as targeted individuals affected their minds and bodies by technologies using invisible media like electromagnetic waves and ultrasound and victims of harassment by people in various forms such as Gang stalking.

Concretely speaking, we are working to grasp the reality of victimization with questionnaire surveys, consultation sessions, regular meetings, strengthening collaboration among TIs, publishing the results of surveys on our website and in the forums we hold regularly, urging for legislation to control this crime with activism to bring public awareness to this crime and by addressing this issue to various organizations and politicians concerned and we also are engaged in a variety of activities including street campaigns in various cities around Japan in order to bring perpetrators to justice and eradicate this crime and eventually save TIs.

We confirmed that victims have exceeded 1,522 people in Japan. This number is the tip of the iceberg.

This organization was formed by victims suffered from improper use of electromagnetic waves. As the damage arises based on people’s malice, the damage which is not based on malice is distinguished.

Electromagnetic waves cannot be visible, and can operate from remote distance, and can abuse victims by performing personal remarks and moreover can be as arms which deviated from old common sense.

And by electromagnetic waves, intervening in people’s thinking activity, looking into their mind, also operating their mind and their physical condition including physiological phenomenon, and after all lunatic-izing,and victims can be erased.

Violation of human rights is actually performed for infringement of the ultimate privacy by electromagnetic waves. It is the arms which deviated from common sense too much, and since it is too much irrational to carry out by it, it is difficult for you to let general people to understand it.. It is the reality, even if you appeal the actual condition of damage.

From it being a victim from whom that can understand improper use of the electromagnetic waves which are not recognized at all in society, it is important that we build victim’s bonds first and get to know that not only yourself is victim―recognizing the actual condition of misuse of electromagnetic waves properly and appeal to society in cooperation and have encouragement each other among victims and set it as purpose of this organization that all victims are relieved from improper use of electromagnetic waves.

The present victim’s relief leads to future victim’s relief. Moreover, improper use of electromagnetic waves are various and carried out on the terrestrial scale, so possibly victims will increase rapidly.

I launch this time the organization of victims harassed by improper use of electromagnetic waves as the first step here today.
